SILVERWORK: Other than the small variations you’d expect from a handmade piece, the silverwork should be pretty bang-on with what you see advertised!
STONES: As for our Turquoise and other stone pieces, we ask you to embrace your wild side a little and get ready for a surprise! As of all nature’s treasures, our stones will differ from one another and you should expect a one-off, unique stone that has most likely been cut in-house, in New Mexico, from the slab.

925 genuine sterling silver for all TT jewelry.
All our Turquoise (and other stones*, for that matter) are authentic, and range from naturally treated to stabilized.
You’ll find mostly Arizonian Kingman Turquoise and Sleeping Beauty around here! Both sourced within the USA.
*The only exception to this is the occasional faux opal piece and we make sure it’s clearly stated!
Stabilization is a method where an epoxy or resin is soaked or injected into a rough stone to make it more durable and workable. The process makes the stone smoother, stronger, and more resistant against scratching and color change.
Turquoise ranks between a 5 and 6 on the Mohs scale of hardness, meaning it’s not quite as tough as we make it out to be (dont tell!!)
For this reason, stabilised Turquoise is most widely used in fashion jewelry as a way to minimise chipped stones, and repairs.
All our items are handmade and shipped from New Mexico, USA. All items are wrapped, packed and posted usually just metres (or kilometres) from where they’ve been skillfully crafted on the bench.

WITHIN THE USA:
Once your order is ready to rock it will be posted via USPS. At that time you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
Please expect around 3 working days for delivery within the US, and stay tuned for shipping updates at the USPS site.
OUTSIDE THE USA:
Your order will be shipped via USP and be trackable throughout the entire length of it’s journey! We will email you upon shipment, and from there it’ll take around 1-2 weeks for delivery.

We charge a flat rate of $7 for all USA orders.
Overseas orders will be given a flat-rate shipping fee at checkout.
Rates start at $20 (and don’t go much higher!)

This happens with all couriers from time to time. But don't worry, we got choo!
If you haven't seen any updates on the courier's tracking page for your parcel in over a week, or the tracking states that your parcel has been delivered and you haven’t actually received it, then it could be lost in transit or misdelivered. Unfortunately, you will need to lodge an inquiry with USPS directly as we are unable to do it on your behalf. You can fill out the Help Request Form here (link).
If you haven’t heard back from USPS within 7 days, please let us know and we will follow up with them to push the process along as quickly as possible.
Once the claim has gone through with USPS, we can resolve the situation from our end (reshipping your order / credit / refund).
Please note that USPS have imposed a strict protocol that we need to adhere to before we can resolve your issue. USPS can take up to 8 weeks to close a claim so we really do appreciate your patience in these situations.

Unfortunately, we’ve received reports that some of the smaller bank, union and military issued cards have been flagging payments on our site. If this sounds like you, and you’ve received an error message while trying to pay for your TT goods, then we’d suggest you try to process your payments using either Paypal or Sezzle.
Both of these secure payment options will still allow you to use your intended credit or debit card, with the addition that they’ll allow you to do so without encountering the same problems that can occur when checking out directly through our site.
If by chance you don't have an account with either of these guys (and don’t intend to), feel free to use the ‘guest checkout’ option on PayPal which is quick & easy, and won’t require you to set up an account.
If by some chance your payment still doesn’t work, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com with a screenshot of your order (including your shipping details) and we will send you our VENMO account details, or organise payment over the phone.
♦ AFTER CARE
All precious metals will tarnish with wear, even sterling silver.
To help with this, we send all our orders with a courtesy polishing cloth and we’ve made a detailed care guide here!

- Store in the box provided when not wearing.
- Take off when doing exercise to avoid perspiration.
AND -Be mindful to take them off when they’ll be most prone to being knocked!

In a nutshell, though:
- Tarnishing/ upkeep: Polish gently when needed with the polishing cloth provided. Avoid cleaning the stone.
- To clean the stone: Use a damp soft cloth to clean, and then pat dry. If you need more than this, use a small amount of gentle soap. Pat dry.
- To clean the silver: use a gentle, professional silver cleaner and do not not touch the stone.
Don’t have a jewelry cleaner handy?
We feel ya!
Mix a small amount of dishwashing liquid with lukewarm water instead, and apply to the silver ONLY with a qtip or soft bristle toothbrush. Move in a circular motion.Pat dry and polish the silver using the polishing cloth provided! You can also use toothpaste, but again, make sure to avoid touching the stone!
She’ll be sparkly new in no time!
In several thousands of orders, we can count our customer complaints for this on one hand!
So although it’s possible, it’s very unlikely!
If your finger turns black or green, there’s no need to worry!
This discoloration isn’t dangerous, or unusual, but instead, it’s a visible sign of a chemical reaction most commonly due to exposure to moisture on your skin. It is also not an indicator that the metal is not sterling silver, and in fact all metals from alloys to yellow gold can cause these types of reactions.
The best way to avoid this is to take your jewels off in water, ie: swimming, doing the dishes, showering etc, avoid perfumes or moisturisers, avoid wearing your jewelry in humid weather and when exercising.
If this happens to a TT piece you have bought, we suggest you clean it down using the care tips here, try again for another wear and if you still get the same reaction, simply contact us and we will help you choose a replacement piece!
We will happily exchange any unworn, non-customized items for store credit within 7 days of your order being received.
Customers will be responsible for all shipping charges and dates will be measured as according to your USPS delivery receipt.

½-1 size up: Free resize on most pieces. Inlay rings, infinity and eternity bands can not be resized.
Size down: $12 labour fee to cut down, solder + repolish.
1 plus+ sizes bigger: $12 labour fee.
Shipping costs will be on the buyer for any resizing requests.
All our pieces come with a minimum free 30-day repair warranty for normal wear and tear.

All our watches + items over $300 come with a 365 day repair warranty!
