COVID-19 Shipping Update
Here at Turquoise Tuesday, we are 100% committed to the health and wellbeing of our beautiful customers & team in our mission to bring you the most authentic and badass handmade Turquoise jewelry possible!
Since the Covid outbreak, we have worked hard to follow all recommended safety protocols while still processing your orders in the most efficient way possible. Unfortunately though, there has been a huge increase in package volume for all worldwide couriers which has led to more delays than usual once parcels have left for their destination. Infact, it isn’t uncommon these days to find the official status of: ‘your package will arrive later than usual’ when you track your order on the USPS site.
In addition to slower delivery times with the orders we send out, we have on occasion been effected with the receiving of orders, ie: delivery of our supplies. Along with following stringent physical distancing protocols and dealing with increased absentee rates, it has become a challenge to guarantee delivery within the standard periods you’ve come to expect.
So far, we’ve been fortunate to keep our turn around times within the stated 4-8 week period for MTO (Made To Order) items, and 1-2 week period on RTS (Ready To Ship) items, though on the odd occasion, we have, and we will~ slip up. When this is the case, we will do our best to reach out to you in as timely a fashion as possible to let you know of the updated ETA.
As for USPS deliveries, we have found that most orders are still arriving within the usual 1-4 day period within the USA, though on occasion we have seen this increase by up to 1-2 weeks.
Because of this, we ask that you allow additional time to account for the possible delays when ordering. If your order is particularly time sensitive, please reach out to us before ordering, or opt for RTS items.
WE THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR SUPPORT
.... and your patience!
You know we love you, riiiight?! ;)
