How will I know when my order's been shipped?
You will get an email notification with tracking once your order is posted. Make sure to check your junk mail- and mark that baby as 'not spam';)
Are all your stones natural?
The large majority of our stones are natural Kingman Turquoise sourced directly from the Kingman mine in Arizona. Our White Buffalo and other stones are also US sourced and are cut in house.
How are my stones picked?
All made~to~order pieces will have a drop-down menu with both size and stone options and you can choose your selection through there.
Our stones are cut straight from the slab and though we do get a similar variety, the nature of Turquoise means that each and every stone will be perfectly unique and OOAK (One Of A Kind)
I changed my mind. What's your refund/return policy?
We will gladly exchange any ready-to-ship item within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the return address and once it is received, and set you up with a coupon code to use on the site at any time. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.

My item arrived broken, what can you do about that?

OH- YES, WE CAN!!
Sometimes things go wrong in transit, or due to the handmade nature of our items, you may receive a faulty item. It doesn't happen often, but we want to keep things 'NO BS' around here, so, let's face it- sometimes it WILL happen and we like to be prepared for these things!
If you're one of the few who get one a damaged or faulty item from us, please allow us to take care of that for you.

We sure do!
Contact us to make all your customs dreams come true. Please note that any items you want to replicate from a photo or previous design will always be made a bit different- with that TT touch so you get an ORIGINAL piece inspired by an item you already love.

Though we're a multi-person show behind the scenes, we're still just little humans behind here doing our best to manage our time amongst family, work, LIFE, hustle, pleasure, sleep... aaaand a zillion Instagram messages! ;)
If you're expecting an item from us and its already been 1 week for a ready~to~ship item or more than 3 weeks for a made~to~order piece then please contact us with the contact tab or via email. Before you do so though, please make sure to check your ETA and have a quick hunt through your 'junk' mail as sometimes our emails will end up there!
Bonus tip: Scoop those babies out of junk to tell your email server that we aren't spamming you- we're sending you love letters of the Turquoise kind that you WANT to receive!
